Were looking for a Paid Search and App Specialist to join our teamhands
Hands-on Performance Management: Take ownership of complex high-spending global programs. You will design campaign structures and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and incremental growth.
Strategic Roadmapping: Contribute to channel-specific strategies and roadmaps ensuring we hit aggressive efficiency targets while scaling our global footprint.
Innovation & Beta Testing: Build relationships with platform partners (Google Apple) to stay ahead of industry trends. You will be the first to test and adopt emerging products and alpha/beta features.
Experimentation Frameworks: Suggest and execute A/B and incrementality tests. Youll partner with Data Science to validate the lift of your campaigns beyond standard attribution models.
Technical Optimization: Partner with Engineering and Product teams to improve feed optimization tracking enhancements and automation scripts.
Budget & Pacing: Manage and pace allocated global budgets proactively communicating variances and course-correcting based on real-time performance data.
Data Analysis: Deep-dive into Looker and other enterprise tools to translate raw performance data into actionable investment recommendations.
What Youll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a deep technical understanding of the search and app ecosystem:
Technical Expertise: 23 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads (Search UAC) and Apple Search Ads (ASA) campaigns.
Automation Skills: Experience with automation scripts and ad platform APIs is a strong plus.
Analytical Rigor: Highly data-driven comfortable working with Looker or advanced spreadsheets to diagnose issues and identify trends.
Market Experience: Experience managing high-spend campaigns across multiple markets ideally within e-commerce or a marketplace environment.
Test & Learn Mindset: A natural curiosity to experiment and iterate with the ability to simplify complex technical results for cross-functional stakeholders.
