We are currently seeking a Remote Administrative Typist to join our team at FDR Financial Group. This position is perfect for individuals who excel in administrative tasks and have strong typing skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Transcribe and type documents such as memos emails letters and reports
- Organize and maintain files both electronic and paper
- Handle data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in managing schedules appointments and virtual meetings
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in typing and data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual office environment
