Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant at QP Group will play a key role in supporting the organization with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the team by handling phone calls emails and correspondence.
  • Assisting with scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Preparing and editing documents reports and presentations.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records.
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination.
  • Handling general office tasks such as data entry filing and photocopying.
  • Collaborating with team members on special projects as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Desired Experience:

  • 2-6 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $25.5 per hour.
  • Maximum Salary: $28.5 per hour.
  • Currency: USD.
