As an Assistant Manager you will oversee and co-manage all areas of the restaurant. Our client offers financial stability a strong compensation and benefits package and growth opportunities!

Assistant Manager responsibilities include:

Support the General Manager in daily operations
Provide friendly enthusiastic service for all guests
Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave
Maintain awareness of current promotions
Train staff
Schedule staff
Enthusiastically represent brand

Assistant Manager candidates must possess the following:

2 - 4 years of salaried management experience as an Assistant Manager in fast food QSR or full-service casual dining
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must have a proven track record in the management of COGS and Labor.
Strong skills in P&L reports and budgets are a plus.
Great customer service skills
Team player
