Job Description:

The CTE Diesel Engine Technology Instructor provides standards-aligned classroom and hands-on instruction for grades 9-12 in diesel engine systems diagnostics maintenance and shop safety preparing students for industry-recognized credentials and career readiness in accordance with South Carolina Department of Education requirements.
The instructor maintains a safe industry-standard lab environment assesses and supports student learning integrates academic and technical skills and collaborates with industry partners families and school leadership to support work-based learning and student success.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 190 Days

Salary: Spartanburg School District 3 Teacher Salary Schedule
