About the School
St Michaels is an oversubscribed friendly and welcoming school. Our children are

About the candidate
We are seeking to appoint a motivated creative and committed Higher Level Teaching
Assistant to complement the work of our teachers. The post will involve planning
preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals/groups or whole classes. You
will work closely with teachers and will assist them in assessing recording and
reporting on pupils achievement progress and development.
You should have experience of working in a primary school learning environment and
have confirmed HLTA status. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able
to work constructively as part of a team understanding classroom roles and
responsibilities. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills and
relate well to both children and adults.
We are seeking someone who is committed to working within the framework of the
schools policies and ethos and who will contribute to the development of our creative
curriculum.
