Define how quality is assured not how tests are executed
Core responsibilities (at the beginning) :
Define QA governance across:
Development lifecycle
Integration lifecycle
DVM lifecycle
Platform changes
Establish quality safeguards (to be discussed) :
Quality gates
Mandatory reviews
Control points (design integration cutover go-live)
Define and own (to be discussed) :
CBT - QA operating model alongside Platform C4E
RACI for quality ownership
DoR / DoD from an assurance perspective
Introduce assurance mechanisms (to be discussed) :
Independent reviews
Readiness assessments
Risk-based quality checks
Define quality KPIs & leading indicators
Act as second line of defense for delivery quality
Align QA with Architecture Security Risk & Compliance
Profile
Senior authoritative comfortable with governance
Strong SDLC integration and enterprise delivery experience
Not a test manager
Work model : Remote international
