PIONEER TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
In the role of an electrical engineer at COWI you become a part of our global team of experts working closely with project managers colleagues and clients. Your primary responsibility within the team is to perform electrical design in our industrial clients projects. Often these projects are multidisciplinary and you collaborate with other disciplines.
In your daily tasks you may be involved in:
- Working with investigation planning and design in various 3D tools for drawing construction (Aveva E3D Revit Autocad).
- Cable/safety dimensioning
- Handling design tasks for clients
- Working on pre-studies
- Conducting calculations
- Developing technical descriptions
- Collaborating with colleagues in electrical and automation as well as other disciplines to deliver the best solutions to our clients

To apply for this position you need to:
- Be a qualified electrical engineer at a minimum of high school level with a focus on electrical engineering/electricity
- Have at least 5 years of experience in electrical design preferably from another consulting engineering company where youve worked with CAD-based programs
- Be fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
- We believe you have a passion for 3D design and an inclination for order structure and problem-solving

COME AND WORK WITH US IN ELECTRICAL & AUTOMATION IN GÖTEBORG
The Electrical & Automation department consists of 30 employees with diverse experience and age with 14 of them currently seeking a new colleague. We often work in project groups with total commitments covering all our technical areas. Most of our clients are in the refining/petrochemical automotive and municipal energy companies as well as infrastructure. We also have extensive collaboration between our locations in Karlstad and Stenungsund.
