Job Summary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in network engineering or network support roles.
Experience supporting enterprise and remote site network environments.
Exposure to Operational Technology or industrial networks.
Experience supporting large-scale wireless or outdoor network deployments.
Familiarity with cloud networking concepts (AWS VPCs/Transit Gateway Azure
VNets/NSGs peering private endpoints).
Competence in Linux CLI and basic scripting (Bash or Python) for
tooling/ in working collaboratively and in a team
environment.
Experience communicating Technical Concepts to peers.
Experience with IPsec/IKEv2 VPNs tunnels and routing
(policy based/route based).

Structured approach to Problem Solving and Troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of routing switching VLANs firewalls and VPN
technologies
Use of the group's management processes and tools (JIRA Grafana PowerBi In-
house Tools etc).
Strong understanding of network security principles.
Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues in high-availability
environments.
Firewall administration (e.g. Palo Alto Fortinet Cisco or similar).
Packet analysis with Wireshark/tcpdump; ability to conduct targeted captures and
interpret results.
Solid grasp of L2 L4 networking: VLANs STP NAT QoS DNS.
Tertiary qualification (Degree Diploma or Certificate) in Networking &
Communications Engineering or Information Technology.
Good understanding of network monitoring network security principles VPNs &
Firewalls Access Controls automation or scripting tools
