Job Description for Multi Resource Schedule (MRS)

Requirements:

The candidate should have minimum working on -- full cycle Implementation in SAP MRS as well as good knowledge in SAP PM and SAP HR integration.

Skills:

Practical knowledge in configuring SAP MRS

MRS basic configuration settings such as Integration scenario (Resource class Qualification setting team settings Use of technical object authority check work center assignment and time allocation).

Configuring web-based resource management; planning board with GUI and web based scheduler workplace.

Configuring multiple backend system Integration with Plant maintenance Customer service and CRM.

Idea about setting master data Human resource availability of human resource qualification Organizational structure and assignment and Tools such as Material and Equipment.

Knowledge in resource planning and scheduling for maintenance order time planning split time travel time day scheduling automatic scheduling of multiday assignment capacity planning capacity and demand overview availability check appointment booking for orders and work tickets resource selection and time data work center and technical objects.

Active professional support in acquisition proposal preparation and presentation

Active support of internal knowledge management and participation in the development of corresponding competence centres

Excellent communication presentation and coordination skills as the role requires client coordination.
