We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Business Development team. The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strongrelationships with key stakeholders at enterprise-level clients ensuring highlevels of customer satisfaction and retention. They act as the primary point ofcontact for existing accounts to provide exceptional service proactivelyaddresses client needs and works to identify opportunities for accountgrowth through upselling and cross-selling. They also lead quarterly businessreviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value discuss key metrics and drive collaboration with the Implementation and Customer Successteams the Account Manager ensures seamless onboarding and monitorsclient engagement offering recommendations for increasing adoption. Theycollaborate with Sales Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment andshare valuable client feedback. The role involves maintaining detailed recordsand reporting on account performance providing actionable insights to seniorleadership to drive client work at Talkspace you need to be as passionate as we are about our work and excited to partner with us on delivering quality mental healthcare.

This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.

What Youll Do

  • ClientRelationshipManagement
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersat enterprise-level clients ensuring high customer satisfactionand retention.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for existing enterpriseaccounts providing exceptional service and support to meettheir needs.
    • Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolvingbusiness needs and mental health goals.
  • AccountGrowth&Retention
    • Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sellopportunities for additional services and products.
    • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients todemonstrate value discuss key metrics and identifyopportunities for expansion.
    • Ensure contract renewals and prevent churn by proactivelyaddressing client concerns and ensuring continued success withTalkspace services.
  • ClientOnboarding&Implementation
    • Collaborate with the Implementation and Customer Successteams to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients helpingthem launch Talkspaces services successfully.
    • Monitor client engagement and utilization providingrecommendations for increasing adoption and ensuring a smoothexperience.
  • InternalCollaboration
    • Work closely with the Sales Marketing and Product teams toensure alignment on client needs feedback and productofferings.
    • Provide valuable feedback to the product and engineering teamson customer preferences challenges and opportunities for newfeatures.
  • Reporting&Analytics
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions engagementmetrics and progress using CRM software.
    • Monitor account health metrics and proactively address anyissues to ensure client satisfaction and continued success.
    • Report on account performance and provide actionable insightsto senior leadership.
  • Performsotherrelateddutiesasassigned.

About You

  • 3 years of experience in account management client success orsales with a focus on enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in SaaS B2B or mental health-related industries is highlypreferred.
  • Experience working with Payers or EAPs
  • Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level clientrelationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildtrust and rapport with senior-level executives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability tomanage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities for growthwithin existing accounts.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce HubSpot etc.) anddata-driven decision-making.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for delivering value to clients anddriving business growth.
  • Proactive self-motivated and able to work independently in afast-paced environment.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused with a genuine interest in improvingmental health outcomes for employees.

Compensation

At Talkspace we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity equity and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

The base salary range for this role is between $80000 - $95000. Within the salary bands leveling corresponds to each candidates relevant experience skills as assessed during the interview process education and applicable certifications.
