Job Description
注射剤であるリュープロレリン製剤のプロセスマイクロカプセル製造充填におけるプロセス技術者として以下の業務を担当していただきます
- 革新的な技術無菌保証技術PAT技術デジタル技術オートメーション技術分析技術等を探索体得し製造工程への適用を前提としたPoCの計画実行
- 新規技術導入によるプロセス設備改良導入のプロセスデザイン設計
- 製造設備や製造工程製造品目追加等の変更に関するGMP変更管理プロジェクトの管理推進
- 上記変更管理に伴う下記の業務
- 工程設計設備設計プロセスユーザー要求の作成
- バリデーション戦略の立案
- 運用設計標準化
- 製造データや品質データ生産設備のプロセスデータ等を対象としたデータ解析によるトレンドモニタリングやトラブル時の原因調査
使用ツール例SQLPythonSIMCA onlineDiscoverantMESSAP等 - 製造試験バリデーションに関連するトラブルの原因調査や再発防止策の立案と実行
- 新工場立ち上げ新製品導入に伴う工業化検討技術移管業務
- 当局への承認申請書作成処方や製造法バリデーション等のパート

Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30 Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45 (Narita) 8:30-17:15 Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays Sundays National Holidays May Day Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
