主な業務内容は新規デバイス開発業務Redundancy tool展開Technology Development (TD) DEVICEにおける敏速な異常品対応などを実施24/7止まらない技術開発を実現する

業務詳細

• FILMSCVD PVD DIFF IMP) エリアにおける24時間7日間の技術開発を実施する
  • 開発デバイスにおける Level Owner 業務プロセスセットアッププロセス改善評価SPCRedundancy展開などPMIに規定された開発業務の実施
  • 新規装置評価材料評価を含んだプロセス開発
  • 新規材料における剥がれ検査の実施
  • TD DEVICE におけるFILMSプロセス異常品並びにTHICKNESS 計測エラー発生時の敏速かつ的確な処置を実施しスムーズにロットをリリースする
  • 慢性プロセス問題に関し解決についてのデータ収集及びデータまとめを行いAPDもしくは量産部門へエスカレーションする
• 開発ロットのサイクルタイム改善活動Redundancy tool の展開量産品との条件一致化などを製造関係者とともに実施する

必須要件全条件を必ずしも満足してなくてもよい

• 基本的な半導体に関する知識を有する
• 必要な教育を理解して実施することができること
• エリアの問題点の把握及びその改善をチームメンバーと共に遂行することができること
• Microsoft OfficeExcel PowerPoint Wordなどの基本的なソフトウェアを使用できる
• データを抽出し決められたデータ整理を行いレポートできるスキルを有している
• プロセスに関連する基本的な問題へのトラブルシューティングをすることができる
• 職場ルールを順守し問題が生じた場合には適宜上司へ報告/連絡/相談することができること
• 関係部門とコミュニケーションを図る能力を有していること
• 仕事に前向きに取り組むことができる
• 自己管理業務面健康面ができる
• 日本語の語学力 文章メールで英語を使用した実務経験若しくはアレルギーの無い方
• シフト勤務に対応可能な方 4勤4休シフト
• 学士号以上あるいは実務経験
