職務概要
フィルム工程シフトエンジニアとして先端プロセス開発部門APDデバイス統合技術部門DIT並びに量産部門と連携し24時間7日間の技術開発を実施していただきます
担当エリアはCVDPVD成膜工程DIFF拡散IMPイオン注入の4エリアです
主な業務内容は新規デバイス開発業務Redundancy tool展開Technology Development (TD) DEVICEにおける敏速な異常品対応などを実施24時間365日24/7稼働 止まらない技術開発の実現です
業務詳細
- フィルム工程CVDPVD成膜工程DIFF拡散IMPイオン注入エリアにおいて24時間365日24/7稼働体制下での技術開発業務
- 開発デバイスにおけるLevel Owner業務プロセスセットアッププロセス改善評価SPC管理Redundancy展開などPMIで規定された各種開発業務の実施
- 新規装置評価および新規材料評価を含むプロセス開発業務の推進
- 新規材料導入に伴う剥離はがれ検査の実施および評価
- TD DEVICEにおいてフィルム工程のプロセス異常品および膜厚Thickness計測エラー発生時に迅速かつ的確な対応を行いロットの円滑なリリースを実
- 慢性的なプロセス課題に対しデータ収集および解析報告を実施し先端プロセス開発部門APDまたは量産部門へエスカレーション
- 開発ロットにおけるサイクルタイム改善活動冗長化装置Redundancy装置 の展開量産プロセスとの条件整合などを製造関連部門と連携して推進
- 4勤4休シフト体制でのエンジニア業務対応勤務時間は以下の通り
- 昼勤08:0020:15実働10時間30分休憩105分/夜勤20:0008:15実働10時間15分休憩120分
必須要件
以下のすべてを満たす必要はありません
ハードスキルTechnical / Professional Skills
- 半導体に関する基礎的な知識を有している方
- 必要な教育内容を理解し適切に実施できる能力を有している方
- Microsoft OfficeExcelPowerPointWordなどの基本的なソフトウェアスキル
- データの抽出所定フォーマットでの整理を行いレポート作成ができるスキル
- プロセスに関連する基本的なトラブルシューティング能力
- 日本語能力N2レベル相当以上もしくはビジネスレベル以上で業務を遂行できる方
- 加えて英文メールや文書での英語使用経験がある方または英語使用に抵抗のない方 翻訳ツール使用可
- 学士号以上または
半導体業界もしくは量産ラインでの実務経験2年以上を有している方 - シフト勤務4勤4休に対応可能な方

- 担当エリアの課題を把握しチームメンバーと連携して改善活動を遂行できる方
- 職場ルールを遵守し問題発生時に適切な報告連絡相談報連相ができる方
