We are hiring immediately for Sales Specialist - Manufacturing role that will help us to power progress for our customers

Position Summary

To achieve monthly and annual sales revenue & profit targets by servicing new and existing customers through meeting their needs through selling of Aggreko products and solutions for the Manufacturing sector focusing on semi-conductors automotive and similar industries.

Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly sales revenue targets by providing power and cooling solutions to Manufacturing sector in Japan

  • Develop identify and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and convert to key accounts within the target sector in the Japan whilst educating potential customers on the benefits of power and temperature control rental applications.

  • Develop / build a network of sustainable contacts in the Manufacturing sector within the assigned territory

  • Conduct presentations of products and applications to existing and potential customers.

  • Generate and receive enquiries from customers quoting for the work negotiating contracts and securing orders.

  • Provide proactive information about relevant market activities within the assigned geographical territory.

  • Provide competitor analysis on a regular basis in line with the procedures.

  • Submit and update the Customer relationship management (CRM)

To thrive in this role you will possess the following:

  • Tertiary education in University or diploma qualification in a Technical (electrical mechanical engineering) or Business-related discipline

  • At least 2 years relevant experience selling to semi-conductor and/or automotive companies

  • Ability to speak and write Japanese. English skill is preferable.

  • Experience contacts and network with target sector firms and/or their service suppliers

  • Ability to understand technical & engineering applications in power and temperature control industrial equipment

  • Proven strong track record in closing sales and negotiating contracts

  • High level of commitment loyalty and professionalism

  • Availability to travel as and when required

  • Requires frequent visits to clients
