Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to contribute to the success of a dynamic and collaborative department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance a proven ability to manage small to mid-sized accounts and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $60000 for the first six months transitioning to commission-only thereafter.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and deliver outstanding service.
- Utilize Epic software to manage client accounts and documentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial insurance is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
