Who you are:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamicInsurance Producerto join our team at our Wrightstown office. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sellingProperty & Casualty in both commercial and personal lines. This role requires strong communication skills a client-first mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships.
What youll do:
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking referrals and lead generation.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend tailored insurance solutions.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Educate clients on insurance options and guide them in making informed decisions.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries policy updates and claims support.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all sales activities comply with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Stay current on industry trends product offerings and regulatory changes.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with underwriters claims adjusters and internal teams to ensure seamless service.
- Participate in team meetings training sessions and ongoing professional development.
Your qualifications:
Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Relevant coursework or certifications in insurance and risk management are a plus.
Licensing
- Must hold valid Wisconsin licenses inProperty & Casualty.
Life & Health insurance license a plus!
Experience
- Demonstrated success in insurance sales particularly in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with insurance software and CRM systems.
