Job Summary
SONS Fordis seeking an experienced automotive Service Advisor for our service departments. To be considered for this position candidates must have previous Service Advisor experience in a dealership franchise setting. Will consider individuals with proven strong customer service and sales experience. If you are an ambitious self-starter this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
- Oversee flow of the Service Drive. Ensure that customers receive prompt courteous and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries whether phone or in person to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
