Holm Automotive Center is seeking a driven customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant / Product Specialist to join our growing team in Salina.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and used vehicles
Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and product demonstrations
- Explain features trims technology safety systems and manufacturer warranties
Build rapport and follow up with prospective buyers via phone text and email using CRM tools
Work closely with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to financing
Maintain strong follow-up processes to convert leads to appointments and appointments to sales
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while delivering a high customer satisfaction rating
- Maintain product knowledge on new andpre-owned inventory
Handlephone leads and inbound sales calls
Work directly with walk-in showroom customers
Qualifications
Previous Automotive Sales experience is strongly preferred
Strong communication and closing skills
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
Valid drivers license
Self-motivated and performance driven
CRM experience is strongly preferred
