About the Role
We are seeking an experienced account manager to join our dedicated and friendly commercial sales teamon a 12 Month FTC focusing on some of our most strategic wholesale discount and convenience accounts. You will work with major retailer brands such asCushelle Velvet PlentyBodyform and Tenaleveragingyour cross-functional experience to drive growth.
What You Will Do
- Manage full P&L ownership and execute growth plans through strategic trade terms promotions and negotiating new products and/or assortments
- Ensure on-shelf availability and distribution by coordinating with Supply Chainteams
- Use data and structured routines to analyse performance escalate risks and guide decisions
- Build strong customer and cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration and satisfaction
- Adapt to market changes and actively pursue new business opportunities to fuel growth
- Ensure frequent cross-functional collaboration
- Execute the commercial strategy customerapproachor portfolio direction
Who You Are
Customer Engagement Building trust and rapport withcustomersthrough responsive day-to-day interaction and strong issue resolution
Execution Ensuring that pricing promotions and service levels land as planned across the shelf and supply chain
Negotiation Skills Securing tactical wins in trade terms and dispute resolution with a focus on protecting margin
Flexibility & Responsiveness Thriving in dynamic retail environments with agility and proactive follow-up
Growth Mindset & Opportunity Orientation Drives account growth by spotting opportunities within existing relationships and coordinating execution across functions
Experiencein FMCG or retail roles involving pricing customer marketing or key account management
Knowledge of structured commercial environments with strong promotional planning
Degree in Business Economics Marketing or similar field
