Job Summary
Position Description:
We are seeking highperforming Data Analysts with strong analytical problemsolving and data engineering mindsets to support complex enterprise data initiatives.
. This role requires handson expertise with Databricks SQL Azure data services
. Candidates must be comfortable working in large-scale data environments running pipelines and troubleshooting issues
. Be able to provide structured recommendations for continuous improvement.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Analyze complex datasets for data quality issues trends and insights
. Run and maintain Databricks pipelines; troubleshoot failures and apply fixes
. Perform data mapping lineage tracking and metadata documentation
. Collaborate with Engineering QA Business SMEs and crossfunctional teams
. Produce clear documentation of findings and propose improvement strategies
. Handson analytical and proactive
. Skilled at tracing and resolving data issues endtoend
. Strong communicators with the ability to simplify complex concepts
. Comfortable navigating dynamic and evolving environments
. Focused on continuous improvement and solutioning
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 3-5 years as a Data Analyst.
. SQL: Strong handson experience with complex queries
. Databricks: Building orchestrating and troubleshooting pipelines
. Azure Data Factory Azure Synapse
. Python (Pandas PySpark) for ETL and data wrangling
. Medallion Architecture understanding
. Data Mapping Data Lineage Metadata Management
. Experience producing SRS Documentation Dataflows and Lineage diagrams
. Familiarity with Agile methodologies
. Ability to diagnose data issues identify root causes and build wrappers/utilities to document and remediate

. AML or compliance data exposure
. Experience with enterprisescale data governance frameworks
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60000.00$120000.00. This role is an existing vacancy.
