About the Role
Theyre seeking a Founding Recruiter to join their 10-person Series A team in San Francisco as they accelerate post-funding growth. Youll be the first in-house talent architect focusing on full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering product design) while flexing into GTM to support their mission of transforming legacy insurance processes with AI agents that slash manual workflows from hours to minutes.
This hands-on role combines strategic vision with tactical execution: Partnering with founders and execs to build scalable systems manage 8-12 open reqs at once and deliver 10-15 hires annually. Its an urgent hire to ramp up for their January/February scaling phasethink owning the pipeline for an AI platform already serving 25% of the top 50 brokers and hitting seven-figure ARR in just over a year.
