Schedule: Monday - Friday Hybrid work schedule with up to 4 days per week onsite.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Source talent for technical semiconductor-relatedpositions
Conduct intake meetings candidate phone screens and coordinate interview scheduling
Manage documentation of candidates hiring decisions and all recruitment activities; maintain uptodate trackers for open roles and candidate progress
Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn job boards referrals events and recruiting platforms) and build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Communicate professionally and consistently with internal teams hiring managers and candidates to ensure clarity alignment and an exceptional candidate experience
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective talent with emphasis on specialized technical and semiconductorrelated skill sets
Ensure all recruiting practices follow Talent Acquisition processes and meet EEO OFCCP and internal compliance standards
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership on requisition status candidate pipelines and next steps

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills high integrity flexibility and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Experience sourcing and hiring for specialized hardtofill or seniorlevel roles
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms

Physical Effort/Activities:On a continuous basis will work in an office environment sit at a desk for a long period of time intermittently answer the telephone and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties may be required to walk stand drive and lift up to 25 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
