We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Tech Specialist to support technical operations troubleshoot complex systems and ensure seamless technology performance across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills hands-on technical expertise and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Candidates must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support for software hardware and cloud-based systems
Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner
Monitor system performance and implement proactive improvements
Assist with system configuration upgrades and deployments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges
Maintain documentation for processes configurations and resolutions
Support cybersecurity best practices and data protection standards
Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
Required Qualifications
Must reside in the United States
3 years of experience in technical support IT systems or related role
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud)
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP DNS VPN)
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CompTIA AWS Microsoft or similar
Experience with automation or scripting (PowerShell Python Bash)
Background in cybersecurity best practices
Experience supporting SaaS environments
Work Environment
100% Remote
