Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid to Senior IT Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in Mexico. The role is focused on sourcing and early-stage recruiting activities. Candidates must have previous end-to-end recruiting experience and a clear understanding of the full hiring lifecycle. Experience hiring IT profiles working with Greenhouse and using AI tools is required.
Key Responsibilities
Own sourcing activities for IT roles including Software Engineering QA Data Cloud and DevOps
Define and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche positions
Conduct market research on talent availability compensation ranges and competitive landscape
Share market insights to support hiring decisions and expectation alignment
Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines through proactive sourcing
Conduct initial screening calls and technical pre-screens
Partner with Staffing and Coordination teams to ensure smooth handoff across the process
Keep candidate information accurate and up to date in Greenhouse
Support early salary discussions based on market data
Use AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement
Required Experience and Skills
4 years of experience in IT recruiting or technical sourcing
Previous hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Strong understanding of IT roles tech stacks and seniority levels
Proven experience sourcing hard-to-fill profiles
Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS
Experience using AI tools in recruiting workflows
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills in English (B2) and Spanish
Ensure clear timely and consistent follow-up with candidates at all stages
Nice to Have
Experience working with nearshore or global teams
Staffing or consulting background
Experience hiring for US or international clients
