Job Summary
As an Advanced Electrical Engineer here at Honeywell you will play a key role in leading and managing electrical engineering projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the design development and implementation of electrical systems and components. Responsibilities
- Ability to lead multiple projects with no oversight.
- Mentors multiple individuals.
- Helps develop procedures/standards.
- Develops tools to drive efficiency.
- Involved with the quoting of systems.
- Ensures technical correctness.
- Advanced understanding of material handling equipment principles.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree completed (Electrical Engineering).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead.
- Leadership skills
- Ability to provide engineering support to the Project Manager and follow up with project teams.
- Engineering background with Project Management knowledge.
- Strong project leadership skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively as a project leader.
- Experience implementing process or project improvements.
- Availability to travel 6075%.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate and structure project teams.
- Experience working on projects with various international clients attending meetings with Project Managers and assigning tasks to the team.
- Background in project management and personnel coordination.
