Job Summary
The Interventional Radiology Technologist works directly with radiologists nurses and radiology technologists during vascular/interventional and neuroradiology procedures. You will join a busy IR department in our Level I trauma center with a supportive team and complex and interesting work. You will be expected to make quick decisions and work independently and be knowledgeable in inventory and use of many guide wires catheters balloons and stents.
Work Schedule:
- Saturday and Sunday 8:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited program of Radiologic Technology or the ARRT-approved equivalent.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists on or before the first day of employment.
- BLS certification from an AHA- or ARC-sponsored program on or before the first day of employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of interventional radiology experience or experience as a rad tech intern at Regions.
Additional Information:
This is a non-union 0.5 FTE (40 hours per pay period) day/evening shift weekend-only position working in Saint Paul MN. The full salary range for this position is $40.35-$56.55 per hour based on experience plus shift differentials including a $16.25 weekend shift differential. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is eligible for benefits.
