To strengthen our Collection department we are looking for a Team Leader Collection who is passionate about people process improvement and delivering a highquality customer experience.
Your Role
As a Team Leader you will manage and develop a team of 6 Collection Agents driving timely customer payments reducing bad debt and safeguarding a positive customer experience.
You will leverage people leadership process optimization and data-driven insights to improve collections performance resolve payment issues efficiently and support sustainable business growth.
What You Will Do
Lead coach and develop your team on a daily basis.
Organise workloads monitor performance and ensure a high level of service.
Collaborate with other internal departments to resolve payment issues and prevent future risks.
Identify improvement opportunities and help optimise our ways of working.
Monitor key indicators such as outstanding invoices recovery rates customer trends and risks.
Transform data into actionable insights to improve team performance and optimise collection strategies.
Produce clear structured performance reports and share recommendations with management.
What You Bring
Proven experience in people management.
Background in customer service call center collections or similar environments.
Strong communication skills empathy and a problemsolving mindset.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
Ability to motivate inspire and guide a team in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in French or Dutch with a good understanding of the other language and a good level of English.
