Job Summary
NextLink is having an existing position as a Project leader in Brussels area Belgium.
General information:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 12 months renewable
- Workload: full time (2 days on site 3 days remote)

Description:
The Information Systems (IS) Corporate & Referential Common division which is responsible for among other things building and maintaining IT applications for the CHRSO and CFO is
looking for a project leader with focus on end-to-end approach and good communication skills adapted to the different stakeholders of the project.
The candidate will work within the IT organisation on various medium / large her/his role he/she will discuss requirements for setting up robust IT applications for crucial data-oriented processes set-up priorities coordinates IT functional analyses development and ensure robust IT design and processes.
The solution will cover domains such as data in- & output data extraction storage & traceability user interface reporting etc. The candidate will organize the work of the project and participate in the set-up of the run.
Proven experience with user requirements gathering and functional analysis in an IT environment is a must general risk and/or finance knowledge are not required but would be useful.
The candidate will be working in a dynamic and innovative context. He/she will join a strong and energetic team where he/she can help shape solutions in a new domain.
Main objectives:
Ensure good communication and collaboration within the team and toward Business
Ensure quality of functional and technical design of the solution components (initially coached by more senior team members) ;
Set-up objectives and priorities in collaboration with business and team
Achieve goals within the committed constraints
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation ;
Help build positive team spirit.
Additional objectives:
Follow-up of Acceptance Testing ;
Ensure regular progress reporting to the Management.
Profile:
Language: English fluent French fluent or Dutch fluent
Min. 6 years of professional experience
University Graduate or Professional bachelor OR Ideally University graduate Master in information Science Management or Industrial Engineer.

Describing the test scenarios and organize the test execution in collaboration with the tester/test coordinator.
Document new/adapted processes and functionalities

Basic knowledge in Data querying (SQL)
User requirements analysis
IT solution design on middle scale projects

Required Skills:
5 years of frontend experience with strong React expertise Demonstrable experience building products integrating GenAI or LLM APIs Strong command of JavaScript React Redux and real-time event handling Experience designing interfaces for conversational AI intelligent agents or similar ML-driven products is a strong plus Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs and WebSockets Working knowledge of LLM behaviors and GenAI design considerations Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
