Intern in Issuer Services & Primary Markets Team

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to support Euroclears Issuer Services & Primary Markets team on a wide variety of activities related to business development issuer engagement and commercial execution.

• The internship is located in Brussels at Euroclear HQ.
• You will have a unique opportunity to enter the world of financial market infrastructures and build strong foundations for future development in the areas of capital markets product strategy issuer services and business development.
• You will join a dynamic multinational and multicultural team working across the Euroclear Group.
• You will acquire handson experience and training in a range of activities that support Euroclears Issuer Services and Primary Markets agenda.
• You will be accompanied by a dedicated mentor throughout your internship.

You will assist and provide support to the Issuer Services & Primary Markets team across several domains.
Activities may include:

• Assisting with the design coordination and execution of the Issuers Engagement Plan.
• Supporting the monitoring of priorities milestones and interdependencies.
• Preparing working documents and progress updates for internal stakeholders.

• Drafting updating and maintaining salesready materials (briefings presentations onepagers).
• Ensuring consistency of content used across Business Development and Relationship Management teams.
• Curating and maintaining a central repository of issuer-related materials.

• Conducting targeted research on issuers IPO activity competitors and market trends.
• Synthesizing findings into actionable summaries.
• Maintaining a concise issuer and market intelligence digest.

• Supporting the preparation and execution of issuer-facing events and roadshows.
• Preparing speaker briefs background notes and runofshow documents.
• Assisting with follow-ups tracking of outcomes and basic event metrics.

• Tracking actions deadlines and deliverables across several workstreams.
• Maintaining clear ownership and ensuring timely updates.
• Supporting coordination between sales product and other internal teams.

• You have an active student status (Bachelor or Master) or are a recent graduate in Business Finance Economics Strategy or a related field.
• You demonstrate a strong interest in capital markets.
• Ability to conduct structured research on markets issuers and competitors and synthesize information clearly.
• Comfortable producing professional business materials (PowerPoint Excel Word).
• Willingness to learn about Euroclears Issuer Services offering through hands-on work.
• Very good written communication skills in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
• Ability to translate complex information into simple concise summaries.
• Comfortable interacting with various internal stakeholders and supporting senior colleagues.
• Well organised proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborative team player with a professional and inclusive mindset.
