ScentAir is seeking a Paid Media Manager to drive best-in-class advertising campaigns across major media this role you will support the planning execution optimization and reportingof paidadvertisingcampaigns that deliver measurable business closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaigns align with brandobjectives audience insights and performance goals.
This is a global role serving North America EMEA APAC and Australia both consumer and business lines.
In this role you will:
Strategy Development:Develop data-driven media strategies rooted in businessobjectives audience insights channel dynamics and marketplace trends for both ScentAirs B2B and B2C business channelsfor multiple countries and regions. Provide strategic analysis to influence go-to-market plans that elevate advertising performance.
Campaignand PlatformManagement:Craft clear actionable media briefs outlining campaign goals audience and channel strategies and testing frameworks to drive learning and and manage campaigns on platforms like Google Bing Facebook/Meta LinkedIn and programmatic established budgets accordingly.
Optimization:Analyze performance data to adjust bids budgets targeting and ad creatives for maximum performance data and historical insights to refine strategiesidentifygrowth opportunities and improve a global role you will work with country leaders on translations keywordsand competitor campaigns tooptimizecampaign performance.
Testing:Conduct A/B testing for ad copy landing pages and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
Trend Monitoring:Stay updated on industry trends privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA) and new advertising opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reportsprovidingactionable insights on KPIs like CPA ROAS and are a data centric organization that uses data insights to drive ourdecision-makingprocess.
Collaboration:Work with internal teams (SEO content creative web) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and manageclearobjectivesaround campaign development and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of integrated marketing a global role you will work with country leaders on translations keywordsand competitor campaigns tooptimizecampaign performance.
