A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans supporting Global Pricing & Contracting transformation initiatives.
• Create communication toolkits templates playbooks and materials for business lines OU leadership and commercial teams.
• Partner with SMEs Product Owners and leaders to ensure messaging accurately reflects complex topics.
• Proactively communicate upcoming changes in a clear simple and structured way to support adoption.
• Coordinate across multiple programs and stakeholders to align messaging and ensure business continuity during change.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelors degree
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in program communications change management or transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear business-friendly messaging
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with strategic thinking capability
