Job Summary
As a Program Manager Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experienceAt least 15 years of handson Program Management experience managing large complex portfolios. The Program manager is responsible for overseeing large-scale programs ensuring successful delivery through effective planning execution governance and stakeholder management. The role requires deep expertise in Program and Project Management strong leadership and communication capabilities and the ability to work with cross-functional multicultural teams in a dynamic environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project ManagementDevelop manage and track comprehensive Program and Project PlansDrive Scope Management ensuring alignment with business goalsIdentify assess and mitigate risks through effective Risk Management and Contingency PlanningLead Change Request processes and ensure effective Change ManagementEnsure timely delivery of milestones with high qualityStakeholder ManagementManage internal and external stakeholder expectations proactivelyFacilitate clear and consistent communication across teams leadership and customersBuild credible relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfactionTeam Leadership & People ManagementLead cross-functional teams including geographically and culturally diverse groupsConduct team assessments drive team assembly and provide ongoing team management and mentoring Resolve conflicts efficiently and maintain a high-performance cultureBusiness & Technical CompetenciesStrong understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycles and methodologies like Agile and WaterfallAbility to perform Business and Requirements AnalysisEvaluate business processes and recommend industry best practicesReview deliverables and provide structured constructive feedback to teamsOrganizational & Communication SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong time management and organizational abilitiesAbility to handle complexity and drive solutions in challenging situationsRequired Skills Program & Project Management expertiseExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong leadership and people management capabilitiesStakeholder management and customer-handling proficiency.
