Job Summary

VISTA Technology Services Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking aProgram Analyst to support a NAVSEA Acquisition Sustainment Program Office. This is a hybrid position reporting on-site 3-4 days a weekin Crystal City VA.

Responsibilities:

Provide program analyst support to a NAVSEA AcquisitionSustainment Program Officecontributing to effective analysis and management of incoming and outgoing actionitems assigned
Develop funding trackers perform analysis and develop spend plans to provide program summaries
Assist with Task Planning
Collect and analyze allocation obligationand expendituredataand provide status updates including trends and risks
Engage with stakeholders and build relationships with program acquisition logisticsand field activity teams to facilitate decisions and effectiveness
Support Navy budget program review processes and brief updates including Program Objective Memorandum(POM) Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM) and congressional requests
Provide quick turn-around research and response for datacalls
Develop presentations facilitate brief updates provide meeting support and track action items
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment

Basic Qualifications:

Masters Degree OR a Bachelors Degree AND 5 years of relevant acquisition program analyst experience OR an Associates Degree AND 10 years of relevant acquisition program analyst experience
Experience with Task Planning and engaging with stakeholders
Experiencetracking allocations obligations expenditures and performing analysis
Experience supporting Navy processes and brief updates including POM BAM and congressional requests
Experience developingpresentations facilitatingbrief updates providingmeeting support and tracking action items
Knowledge of the NavysSpares and Acquisition Sustainment Phase
Knowledge of NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS)to track allocations obligations expenditures
Strong critical thinking analytical problem-solving research attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficientwith MS Office 365 Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint MS Teams etc.) and SharePoint
Active DoD Secret Clearance
