Key Responsibilities: Business Development Manager
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls targeted email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and manage a healthy active sales pipeline
- Qualify leads and contribute to broader business development initiatives
- Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover from engagement through to deal closure
