About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Engineer with a strong product development mindset and hands-on expertise in C# and/or Java stack. This role focuses on building high-quality software driving engineering excellence and contributing to architectural decisions while mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend systems using C#/.NET or Java (Spring Boot)
Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions
Write high-quality maintainable and testable code
Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features
Optimize applications for performance scalability and reliability
Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD cloud deployments and automation
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence

Required Skills & Qualifications

812 years of product engineering experience
Strong hands-on expertise in C#/.NET Core and/or Java (Spring Boot Microservices)
Solid understanding of OOP design patterns and system design principles
Experience working in product-based environments
Experience building REST APIs and working with distributed systems
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience in containerization (Docker Kubernetes)
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience in SaaS product development
