About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level HR Coordinator with a strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition. This role is ideal for someone beginning their HR career who is passionate about connecting candidates with opportunities and supporting a positive hiring experience. As part of the Human Resources team you will play a key role in supporting the full recruitment lifecyclefrom posting jobs and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with other HR initiatives. You will also help maintain accurate records and ensure HR processes run efficiently in compliance. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus) - Post job openings on job boards social media and other sourcing platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with attending job fairs career events and community outreach efforts
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support hiring managers by scheduling interviews and gathering feedback
HR Support - Provide administrative support to the HR Director as needed
- Assist with new hire onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Maintain employee records in HR systems (HRIS)
- Support offboarding processes and documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies benefits and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
Qualifications - High School diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- 13 years of experience in HR recruiting or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook); HRIS experience a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
