Be a part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality affordable healthcare worldwide.This position you must be able to create and develop engaging and effective visual materials to communicate messages and achieve marketing and communication objectives working collaboratively with clients (internal or external) and teams to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that benefit our patients healthcare professionals and our Medtronic team (Sales Marketing Strategic Accounts etc.).
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Conceive design and coordinate editorial illustrations and creative works (web and print) developing interpretive themes to convey ideas and information
Create graphic presentations that communicate emotions perspectives and visual approaches and provide guidance on graphic technology
Collaborate with internal contacts to understand requirements and create efficient graphic designs using available media
Responsible for the correct use and implementation of the Medtronic brand whether with distributors suppliers agencies etc.
Work independently managing limited-scope projects under supervision identifying and resolving minor issues and focusing on personal professional development
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelors degree
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and strong understanding of design principles (color theory typography composition)
- Knowledge of web design basics including HTML CSS and UX/UI concepts
- Strong communication and time management skills to collaborate effectively and prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in projects internships agencies studios or marketing teams including development of personal portfolio work
- Additional creative skills such as photography illustration animation and interface (UI/UX) design are a plus
