What Youll Be Doing
- Reviewing plans and variations to prepare accurate quotes and cost proposals
- Working with Sales and Drafting to ensure pricing is sharp competitive and aligned with the clients needs
- Staying across market trends and competitor pricing to support strong decisionmaking
- Identifying smart costsaving opportunities that never compromise quality
- Updating and maintaining our Base Price Book and Variation Price Book
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience as a Sales Estimator or Production Estimator in residential construction
- Strong Databuild skills and advanced Excel capability
- Solid understanding of residential building standards methods and workflows
- Ability to turn data into accurate cost estimates budgets and clear explanations
- Confident communication strong problemsolving ability and a steady approach
- Comfortable juggling multiple requests in a fastpaced environment
