Role Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Consultant & Developer with strong workflow design scripting and ITOM skills to assess design and enhance the ServiceNow platform. The role has a mandatory focus on designing and implementing onboarding and offboarding (JoinerMoverLeaver) workflows using ServiceNow best practices.
Must-Have Responsibilities
. Design build and optimize onboarding and offboarding workflows (JoinerMoverLeaver).
. Implement lifecycle-driven automation using Service Catalog Flow Designer and Request Fulfillment.
. Design approval models task orchestration and SLA-driven fulfillment.
. Integrate onboarding/offboarding workflows with HR systems IAM tools and AD/Azure AD.
. Ensure secure and timely access provisioning and de-provisioning.
. Perform ITSM gap analysis across Incident Request Problem Change and Knowledge.
. Design and enhance workflows using Flow Designer / Workflow Editor.
. Develop server-side and client-side scripts: Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies
. Design and maintain Service Catalog items.
. Implement and enhance ITOM capabilities: CMDB Discovery Service Mapping Event Management
. Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP and MID Server.
. Ensure solutions are upgrade-safe and aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
. Hands-on experience in onboarding & offboarding design using: Service Catalog Flow Designer Request Management
. Strong ServiceNow workflow and automation experience.
. Strong JavaScript scripting on the ServiceNow platform.
. Solid ITSM module knowledge.
. CMDB fundamentals and ITOM exposure.
. Integration experience with AD / Azure AD / IAM systems.
