Job Summary
Were seeking a strategic Sr. Financial Analyst who will transform financial insights into business decisions. Youll be the financial architect behind Rings operational efficiency turning complex data into clear actionable strategies that directly impact our companys bottom line and future growth.
Key job responsibilities
- Deliver Comprehensive Financial Visibility: Provide detailed insights into Ring and Blinks financial performance focusing on subscription revenue cost of goods sold and strategic financial metrics
- Forecast and Process Optimization: Develop and maintain dynamic financial forecasts continuously identifying process improvements and automation opportunities
- Cross-Functional Financial Leadership: Partner with teams across subscriptions logistics procurement and operations to align financial goals and drive organizational efficiency
- Performance Benchmarking: Design and implement robust financial performance measurement frameworks
- Strategic Reporting: Produce comprehensive monthly quarterly and annual financial reports that illuminate key performance drivers

About the team
Our finance team is a collaborative powerhouse of analytical thinkers who are passionate about driving business performance. We believe in empowering each team member to bring innovative solutions and transformative insights that help Ring continue to lead in home security technology.
- 3 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
- 3 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 3 years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 3 years of identifying leading and executing opportunities to improve automate standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Bachelors degree in engineering statistics or business or Bachelors degree and 5 years of quantitative role (engineering process re-engineering quality assurance) experience
- 4 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA or CPA
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
