Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate Invoice to Cash
We are looking for someone with deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to deductions and coordinating with customer
Responsibilities
Provide support to global businesses on all invoicing and contracts-based billing milestones.
Execute the timely administration of commercial documents related to global billing and invoicing jobs.
Assist with commercial invoicing via E-Commerce Platforms related to electronic billing portals
Investigate and assist in the resolution of client invoice disputes.
Prepare and mail client statements and invoices.
Maintain accurate notes on all departmental documentation.
Work with global divisional finance staff to address client billings and questions.
Assist Client Corporate Collections Department with the collection of overdue invoices as needed.
Prepare Proforma invoices
Prepare a variety of reports as requested.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Graduate in Commerce ()
Relevant experience in billing
Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Clear verbal and written Communication Problem solving etc.
Significant experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash
