Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Growth Intelligence Unit
We are seeking an experienced Manager Research to support our Next Gen Research Team a critical function within our 50-member Growth Intelligence team. This role is instrumental in delivering high-quality account intelligence research to support our business development efforts targeting mid-size companies ($1B-$10B revenue) across the US UK and Western Europe
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Research methodologies stakeholder engagement and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy execution with expertise in leveraging industry-leading databases such as CapitalIQ Pitchbook Everest Factiva ZoomInfo etc.
Responsibilities
Go-to-Market (GTM) & Business Development Support:
Collaborate with senior leadership / BD teams to contribute to Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies
Conduct target company screening to identify high-potential prospects aligned w/ business objectives
Build/ manage master database/ prospect lists to support a focused hunting effort for mid-size enterprises
Leverage research insights to enhance sales enablement and territory planning efforts
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
Work closely with Sales Directors & other key stakeholders to ensure research outputs align with business objectives.
Tailor communicate and present key trends and insights to internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Utilize industry research platforms (CapitalIQ Pitchbook ZoomInfo etc.) to extract analyze and synthesize company and market intelligence
Drive efficiency in research processes through automation and best practices continuously improve team capabilities and knowledge sharing
Innovation Product Development & Database Management:
Proactively building high impact assets/ research products identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance research quality and efficiency
Stay updated on the latest research methodologies and tools to ensure a competitive intelligence advantage leverage GenAI/ Data Analytics to drive research
Drive innovation in research practice to support business growth initiatives

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
oBachelors degree in Engineering Technology Commerce Business Administration or a related field
oMBA or Masters degree in Management Finance Economics or a related field is preferred
Experience:
oYears of experience in Strategy Market research competitive intelligence or a related function
oHands-on experience w/ research databases ex. CapitalIQ Pitchbook ZoomInfo Draup IDC etc.
oExperience supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies prospect screening and lead list development

Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills High attention to detail with commitment to quality
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
Proficiency in database management and data organization strategies
