Amazon is seeking an FBA Program Manager to join our Mexico Reverse Logistics this role you will execute and coordinate the Reverse Logistics (ReLo) program for FBA Supply Chain managing the removal of non-profitable inventory to optimize Fulfillment Center space and improve seller experience. You will work across multiple teams including Operations Product Tech and FC Operations to deliver measurable improvements in removal speed cost efficiency and seller satisfaction.
Key job responsibilities
Execute the Reverse Logistics program for FBA Supply Chain in Mexico managing end-to-end processes for inventory removals including seller returns recovery channels and disposal
Coordinate product launches from business case development through implementation working with cross-functional stakeholders
Manage removal operations across multiple channels
Track and report on removal financials
Process Improvement & Documentation
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various removal scenarios
Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to reduce costs and improve delivery times
Conduct policy audits and ensure compliance with operational standards
Create scalable documentation and training materials for stakeholders
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Manage communications with sellers and account managers regarding removal policies and processes
Coordinate with functional areas to align on program objectives and execution
Present program updates and metrics to leadership through regular reporting mechanisms
Data Analysis & Metrics
Define and track operational metrics aligned to business goals (removal speed cost per unit seller satisfaction)
Analyze large datasets to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement
Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms for stakeholder visibility
Proactively identify capacity issues and risks to prevent escalations

- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- 5 years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- Experience in leading large cross functional projects
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- - Proficient in advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables XLOOKUP INDEX/MATCH Dynamic Arrays (e.g. FILTER SORT) and IFERROR for efficient data analysis. Power Query and Power Pivot for data transformation and modeling. Dashboards using Conditional Formatting. What-If tools. Familiar with Macros.
