Inviting applications for the role of Manager- HR Senior Generalist
In this role progressive experience in human resources adept at managing diverse HR functions within dynamic environments. Fluent in both English and Spanish with a proven ability to engage effectively with various levels of leadership. Demonstrates excellent communication skills a dynamic personality and a high degree of resilience and self-motivation. Expert in aligning HR strategies with business goals enhancing employee engagement and driving organizational effectiveness
Local HR Administration: Oversee day-to-day HR operations ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations. Act as a key business partner to stakeholders providing expert HR guidance and support.
Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook. Ensure consistency and fairness in disciplinary actions and other HR practices.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts providing effective solutions and maintaining a positive work environment.
Attrition Analysis: Conduct internal analyses to identify trends in employee attrition. Develop and implement strategies to address and mitigate turnover.
Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives such as employee surveys to gauge and enhance the internal environment. Use survey results to inform HR strategies and actions.
Town Halls & HR Meetings: Organize and participate in Town Halls and HR meetings ensuring effective communication between employees and leadership. Facilitate discussions on key HR topics and initiatives.
Integrity Case Management: Manage and follow up on integrity cases ensuring thorough investigations and appropriate resolutions. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with local leadership to understand business needs and align HR strategies with organizational goals. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to support business objectives.
Experience: Experience in HR functions with a comprehensive understanding of HR policies procedures and best practices.
Language Skills: Proficient in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Leadership Interaction: Proven ability to interact with and influence various levels of leadership demonstrating strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Problem-Solving: Expertise in resolving complex HR issues applying problem-solving techniques to ensure effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities both in terms of presenting ideas clearly and listening to stakeholders needs.
Personality Traits: Highly dynamic with a proactive approach to work. Resilient and adaptable to changing environments with a strong drive for continuous improvement and personal development.
Advanced Technology Proficiency: Experienced with office software and tools including MS Office Suite project management software and communication platforms.
