THE ROLE
As theDirectorWorkforce Planningyou willlead the team to:
Design the long-term strategic model that directs the labour plan and schedule
Optimizelabourspending and productivity
Gather analyze process andoptimizescheduling inputs
Buildoptimized schedules
Publish optimizedschedules
Executeonlive week schedule changes
Work with theappropriate BusinessSupport partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporateobjectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
THEQUALIFICATIONS
TheDirectorWorkforce Planninghas:
Proven skills education and/or applicable certificationsin:
DataAnalysisand/or working withlarge sets of data
Microsoft Office including Excel
SchedulingorWorkforce Planningsoftware
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias ValuesandBusiness and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is$150000- $250000CADperyear. The final agreed uponsalarymay vary based on factors such as job-related knowledgeskillsand experience.
