About the role
This position is all about lifting capability across our workforce strengthening both clinical and nonclinical practice so our teams can deliver standout client experiences and create real lasting impact. Youll be a trusted partner to Operations leaders helping them uncover what their teams need to thrive.
From identifying emerging practice trends to embedding contemporary approaches youll bring insight clarity and confidence to the way we work. Duties
- Partner with Managers and Operations leaders to strengthen practice leadership and lift staff capability to improve client outcomes. This includes local and interstate travel.
- Work closely with Area Management teams to identify practice needs codesign solutions and embed evidenceinformed best practice.
- Coach advise and provide handson practice support to staff helping them confidently apply practice frameworks models and tools to our team in Ageing and Carers Carer Gateway National Support Centre and Care Finder.
- Collaborate with enabling functions (e.g. Risk & Quality; Impact Data & Evaluation) to identify practice gaps and drive targeted improvement plans.
- Develop and deliver highquality practice workshops resources and initiatives that reflect best practice meet regulatory requirements and respond to evolving client needs.
- Provide expert advice on complex cases share insights across the Practice team and contribute to practice governance and interdisciplinary learning.

Skills and Experience
We want you to be successful in your new role! This means youll have:
- Tertiary qualifications and substantial operational experience in sectors aligned with Benevolents services (Ageing and Carers and/or Child Youth and Family). A Social Work qualification is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of the sector including relevant legislation and contemporary practice expectations particularly related to the Aged Care Act 2024 Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and Support at Home Program.
- Demonstrated practice excellence including strong client engagement skills and sound clinical reasoning within a person-centred approach.
- Proven ability to maintain professional boundaries and build trusted collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional capability to coach mentor and motivate leaders and staff to strengthen practice and meet diverse client and community needs.
- Experience evaluating staff practice facilitating reflective learning and developing practical solutions that build capability and support integrated ways of working.
