Compensation & Incentives
Total compensation up to $82000$110000 annually
(Includes base salary performance incentives based on caseload and structure selected)Student Loan Repayment: Up to $5000
Paid weekly
What Youll Do
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
Develop implement and oversee individualized treatment plans
Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Lead group supervision and training sessions
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical and professional standards
Build strong collaborative relationships with clients families and team members
What Youll Need
BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
New Jersey Behavior Analyst license (active or in process prior to start date)
Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis with strong professional references
Excellent communication organizational and technology skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Commitment to ongoing professional growth
