Compensation & Incentives

  • Total compensation up to $82000$110000 annually
    (Includes base salary performance incentives based on caseload and structure selected)

  • Student Loan Repayment: Up to $5000

  • Paid weekly

What Youll Do

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments

  • Develop implement and oversee individualized treatment plans

  • Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

  • Lead group supervision and training sessions

  • Ensure compliance with BACB ethical and professional standards

  • Build strong collaborative relationships with clients families and team members

What Youll Need

  • BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB

  • New Jersey Behavior Analyst license (active or in process prior to start date)

  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis with strong professional references

  • Excellent communication organizational and technology skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth
