SUMMARY
Supervises the management and operations of the Custodial and Grounds Division that contributes to the daily site appearance of all district sites.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree.
AND
Five years experience managing large-scale custodial or grounds maintenance
OR
Ten years progressively responsible experience supervising large-scale grounds maintenance and/or custodial services.
Knowledge and ability to use word processing database and spreadsheets.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Experience working collaboratively in partnership with various labor unions and collective bargaining agreements.
FAMIS experience.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles and rubella (German measles) or proof of MMR immunization.
Post offer/Pre employment physical and 50 lb. lift test.
Valid Drivers license (Arizona Drivers Licenserequiredwithin 30 days of hire)
MVReport showing no more than the allowable points against Drivers License as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees.
Bloodborne Pathogen training offered by TUSD Risk Management Department.
