What You Will Do:
Work directly with coders on day-to-day project oversight
Train and monitor work on a daily basis
Assist with creation of productivity reports
Communicate effectively with clients regarding coding KPIs
What You Will Need:
3 years of Management experience
CPC from the AAPC
Ability to multitask
Ability to communicate effectively with physicians client admin and internal leadership
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Multispecialty E/M and surgical experience
Proficiency in excel
