Join a high-impact risk team driving the future of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) across the full vendor this dynamic role you will design enhance and oversee end-to-end third party risk processesensuring risks are proactively identified assessed mitigated and monitored in alignment with regulatory and enterprise standards. As a ProcessUnity subject matter expert youll lead system optimization reporting governance testing and change initiatives while delivering executive-level insights that inform strategic decision-making. Partnering cross-functionally with Risk Compliance Information Security Legal Sourcing and business leaders youll play a critical role in strengthening controls driving operational excellence and elevating risk transparency across the organization.

Responsibilities

ThirdParty Risk Program Reporting Governance & Oversight

  • Providereporting and operational support for the ThirdParty Risk Management (TPRM) program assisting the team in executing thirdparty risk lifecycle activities including onboarding inherent risk assessments (IRQs) due diligence ongoing monitoring issue management remediation and termination as needed.

  • Develop and deliver management and executivelevel reporting dashboards and risk metrics to enable transparency informed decisionmaking and effective oversight.

  • Provide risk guidance review and credible challenge to business stakeholders across the full thirdparty lifecycle.

  • Monitor adherence to TPRM policies standards SLAs and regulatory expectations escalating issues and emerging risks as appropriate.

  • Support governance forums committees and senior management by preparing materials tracking actions and reporting on thirdparty risk trends and outcomes.

Process Design Testing & Change Management

  • Design and implement TPRM process enhancements including system and workflow improvements within ProcessUnity.

  • Plan design and execute testing activities (UAT) including test script creation defect tracking remediation validation and test closure.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for process gaps QA findings and control failures; partner with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions.

  • Lead change management initiatives including procedure updates communications training materials and job aids.

System & Data Management (ProcessUnity Required)

Serve as a ProcessUnity subjectmatter expert supporting:

  • Configuration and optimization of thirdparty workflows

  • Data integrity and reporting

  • User role and security design

  • System testing and enhancements

  • Partner with technology and vendors to support system integrations and data alignment (e.g. contracts sourcing continuous monitoring tools).

Issue Management QA & Regulatory Support

  • Identify document and manage thirdparty risk issues corrective action plans and remediation activities.

  • Perform and/or oversee Quality Assurance (QA) and selfassurance reviews to ensure policy adherence.

  • Prepare documentation and support internal audits regulatory exams and client due diligence requests.

  • Track and report thirdparty risk metrics trends and key risk indicators to senior management.

Training Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop and deliver training on TPRM processes policies and system usage.

  • Create executive and operational reporting dashboards and data analysis to support risk oversight and decisionmaking.

  • Build strong partnerships across Risk Compliance Information Security Privacy Sourcing Legal and business teams.

Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in ThirdParty Risk Management Vendor Risk Management Operational Risk or related risk disciplines within a regulated financial services environment.

  • Handson Process Unity experience (required) supporting thirdparty risk workflows reporting testing or system design.

  • Strong understanding of the endtoend thirdparty lifecycle including sourcing inherent risk assessments due diligence contracting ongoing monitoring and termination.

  • Demonstrated experience in:

  • Process design and implementation

  • Testing (UAT) issue management and remediation

  • Change management and training development

  • QA RCSA and control design

  • Proven ability to work crossfunctionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

  • Strong analytical documentation and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise TPRM system implementations or migrations.

  • Familiarity with regulatory expectations (e.g. OCC FFIEC CFPB GDPR vendor risk guidance).

  • Experience with contract risk analysis and sourcing systems.

  • Prior leadership or teamlead experience (formal or informal).

Compensation Range:The salary range for this position is between $125000- $135000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidates final salary including but not limited to relevant experience skills and education.
